The downside to building on a farm field, is that there are rocks EVERYWHERE! We found out we waaaaaaaay underestimated the amount we'd have to deal with. So, we went out to the property today to clear some of the larger ones away and keep ones we want to use to landscape. Randy and I were out there for about 3 hours and got quite a bit done. I just hope that when they do some more fill in that they don't bring the rocks back in again. We kinda left them on the vacant lot next door.
The upside is that it is a gorgeous day today and there always seems to be a nice breeze blowing in our development. I hope that is the case during the summer.
